JCS managed the ground-breaking ceremony for the 2025 World Exposition in Japan (Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan)
On April 13, 2023, with two years to go until Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) held a ground-breaking ceremony at the Expo site on Osaka’s artificial Yumeshima Island. JCS managed the event.
Prime Minister KISHIDA Fumio attended the ground-breaking ceremony, together with cabinet ministers and other government officials, parliamentarians, local assemblypersons, prefectural governors, mayors of ordinance-designated cities, and stakeholders of the Association, including official participants, exhibition participant companies, sponsor companies, contributors, builders, producers, senior advisers, and ambassadors, bringing the total to 255. Ceremonial hoes were wielded to pray for the safety and success of the Expo construction work.
The Association has handed over the site to the official participants and exhibitors of pavilions for private sectors in April, and construction of the venue has proceeded in full swing.
JCS will continue moving forward to build momentum and ensure the success of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
