JCS Held a Welcoming Ceremony for New Recruits in FY2018
On April 2, 2018, JCS held a FY2018 welcoming ceremony at its headquarters.
President Chikanami began the ceremony with a welcome speech for 12 new employees, followed by a passionate talk on JCS’s 50-year history, which he personally has experienced.
At the company-wide morning meeting, they energetically greeted in front of 200 seniors. Each talked about his/her unique episode to promote himself/herself at JCS where they are about to work.
On the evening of the first day of their working life, President, the executive officers and directors hosted a reception, and extended enthusiastic welcome to new employees with songs and dancing.
For the next two months, the new employees will learn a great deal. They will learn social manners, internal rules, compliance, and they will study and understand the services JCS offers. They will visit clients with their seniors, and they will receive on-the-job training in conferences and events. After this orientation course, they will be assigned to respective departments. We are happy to welcome our new colleagues!
